Plant flower…was core of reconstruction.
But, there was band of people who wants to go against it, they go around riding tanks and do ill deeds such as destroy flowers who call themselves as Black-star! Who wants to conquer the world.
Because of this bandits, it gets harder to rebuild the earth and continuing ill deeds makes the future that people work for clean gets into chaos.
Therefore earth who can’t stand this act of barbarity, formed advanced party of rescue from crisis of the earth. To form a such group at earth they keep open competition of tank survival game.
Only civilization on earth has left was to get help from steam engine.. And very advanced plastic science..
